Crystallisation is a natural and healthy sign that your honey is pure and raw! Adulterated honeys typically never crystallise. To re-liquify, gently warm the jar in warm (not boiling) water. Never microwave honey.
Raw honey is unheated and unfiltered, preserving all natural enzymes, pollen, antioxidants, and beneficial compounds. Processed commercial honey is often heated to high temperatures, destroying most of these benefits.
